Learning Journey

We structure the program around practical skill-building. Each phase builds on previous knowledge while introducing new analytical tools. The progression feels natural rather than rushed.

Most students find they can apply early concepts immediately in their current roles, which helps reinforce learning through real experience.

Foundation Phase (Weeks 1-4)

We start with financial statement analysis and ratio interpretation. You'll learn to read between the lines of balance sheets and income statements. The focus is on understanding what numbers really mean for business operations.

Analysis Phase (Weeks 5-8)

This phase introduces forecasting and trend analysis. We work with historical data to project future performance. You'll learn various modeling approaches and when to use each one based on business context.

Application Phase (Weeks 9-12)

The final phase focuses on presenting findings and recommendations. We cover visualization techniques and written reporting that influence decision-making. You'll complete a capstone project using real business scenarios.

Applications Open September 2025

Our next cohort begins in October 2025. The program runs for 12 weeks with flexible scheduling options. We keep class sizes small to ensure individual attention and meaningful interaction with instructors.
